Return Policy

We have a satisfaction guaranteed policy! Anytime within the first 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied, we will allow you to re-select your furniture. If the furniture you re-select is any additional cost of course the customer will be responsible to pay the difference plus any applicable delivery/ pickup charges.
In most cases, we deliver our in stock or warehouse inventoried furniture within 24-48 hours.

We do not give refunds on Lay-a-ways or Special Orders.

In special circumstances, where refunds are given the customer will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee in addition to a pick up/delivery charge based on the miles from the 10509 Dixie Hwy store.
